Hey There
I know what it is like to go through changes in life, and the importance of having support through it. We are not meant to do all this alone!
I am proud of my clients’ bravery and willingness to grow. I feel honored to share space with people in their times of need and meet them with open hands and heart. I grew up in a family where members are living with anxiety, depression, autism, substance use, and ADHD. Reducing mental health stigma and providing more access to care are my passions.

I have always been a part of helping-related work: from coaching sports and athletic training, to researching better cancer treatments, and now as a therapist. I have two years of experience working with youth, teens, and young adults as a therapist. I am committed to providing compassion, empathy, clarity, and acceptance while sharing tools that are evidence-based to support mental health. I look forward to learning about your challenges, discussing what could make them more manageable, and rediscovering your strengths to move you towards what you value most.
