My specialty is working with LGBTQ+ folx of all ages, along with adults and teens with a history of trauma. Trauma can become a bunch of different issues if left un-dealt-with (anger, self-esteem issues, substance use, anxiety, depression, the list goes on…). The point is - you and your story deserve to be heard, and I’m passionate about collaborating with my clients to ensure that our sessions are a safe and supportive space for you to work through things when you’re ready.
