Hey There
Together, we'll create a therapeutic space that honors your story, builds on your strengths, and supports the life you want to build.
Welcome! I'm glad you're here.
As a person-centered therapist and educator, I believe therapy is most effective when it's collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and other integrative modalities, we'll build practical strategies to help you navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and achieve your goals.
I believe healing is possible for everyone. Whether you're navigating a life transition, mental health concerns, substance use recovery, or personal growth, I'll walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect as we work toward lasting, meaningful change.
