College Students

Our providers are well versed in the unique stressors and needs of college students. We can support you in many ways, whether there is stress in the first time being away from home, support for ongoing concerns, such as anxiety, depression, AuDHD or other conditions, we've got your back!

Children & Families

Life stressors can effect our youngest family members. If your child and family could benefit from practicing coping strategies, identifying emotions, learning practices to support our emotional health, we can help! Age is not a limit, our providers have supported children as young as 9 months.

Teenage and pre-Adolescent

Oh sheesh, what a rapidly changing time of life. Being a teenager is hard; adjusting to a new body, new responsibilities the pressure of society and peers..... the list goes on! Teenagers in modern society are tasked with taking on more challenges and responsibilities than ever before & we can support!

Adults

Life can just be hard and we are all making the best decisions we can at any moment. We help you to be present and find flow in your life.

Caring is at the root: if we did not genuinely care, we would not want to address concerns. Communication and conveying where you are and learning tools to work toward each other takes willingness, caring and love. We're here to help build your communication and get back to love.

LGBTQIA+

Our providers either identify as or are strong Ally's! We are well versed in the needs of advocacy, overcoming trauma and putting energy into loving one self in a society that may not have helpful history of supporting such.

Addiction, Substance Use Concerns and/or recovery

Sometimes the raw nature of life can be heavy and soothing seems to be necessary. If you are currently or previously concerned about use of drugs, alcohols, or other addictions or if repeating a behavior is causing harm and concern in your life, we can support.

Chronic Conditions & Health Concerns

How we experience our physical body can effect our mental health. And Vice Versa, our mental health can effect our physical body. How we think about our pain, condition and body can not only effect our mental health, but also how intense we experiene symptoms.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and related concerns

Our providers support the acute and ongoing needs of those experiencing OCD. With our support, confronting and moving through areas of concern is possible, you are more powerful than you know & we look forward to supporting you.

Military & Veterans

Our clinicians understand the unique life circumstances that effect Military and Veterans. Whether departed service, PCS-ing, a major life transition, stressors, trauma or addressing ongoing mental health needs, such as anxiety and depression amidst military life demands, deserve support. Our providers are well versed in the ins & outs of military life & its impact.

Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault

Intimate Partner violence and / or sexual assault is a situation that no one would ever imagine finding themselves in. We work with CalVCB and have a strong history in supporting this critical experiences.

Trauma & PTSD

Some life experiences can leave a lasting mark on our memories, nervous system and interfere with our current ability to feel safe, well, peacefull and happy. Anything from a major life stressor to complex traumatic experiences and acute traumatic events, it is an emotional health journey and we are here to support your journey!

Neurodiergent, Autism & AuDHD

We have neurodivergent and neurodiversity affirming clinicians that can support folx who have medium to low support needs. We focus on identifying and leveraging strengths and view neurodivergence as part of normal variation (not a “disorder”) but also recognize that living in a neurotypical world may present obstacles for some neurodivergent individuals. We approach with warm curiosity to support the whole person.

Womens Needs

Girls and women are often socialized to be passive, nice, accommodating and nurturing. Many times this can be a support as we need nurtures and strong caring women. Sometimes, this can take root in the form of people pleasing and perfectionism which often coincides with one loosing sight of her core values, motivators, boundaries and assertive communication and other risk factors.

Mens Needs

Boys and men are often socialized to be strong, reliable, and caregivers. In many ways, this is an important support for individuals, in relationships, for families, and ad towrk, however, the messaging form society can be confusing and lead to many boys and men being dismissive of their emotional self, and not understanding how to express needs, feelling safe and connected. Boys and men's needs are multidimensional and complex and deserve a safe place to be expressed and understood.

Cultural Identity Issues

Have you ever felt like you had one foot in your world and one foot in your parent or community’s world? Navigating how to maintain your connections to your family context while also forging your own unique identity can unintentionally feel like a lonely experience. It’s important to acknowledge the responsibility and respect you have for your roots, but it’s also important to let yourself step into the spotlight and understand what you deserve to explore for yourself too!

We We are happy to provide a Super Bill or submit electronic claims for any Insurances that we are not in Network.
